Products All of our products are handcrafted with care using quality wood materials. Due to the nature of handcrafted goods, slight variations in color, grain, and finish are normal and expected — they're part of what makes each piece unique.

Custom Orders Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review all custom order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns & Refunds We accept returns on standard (non-custom) items within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
