Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom & Personalized Orders

Because of the unique nature of custom or personalized items, refunds and cancellations are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, work may already have begun on your order and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
