Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Because of the unique nature of custom or personalized items, refunds and cancellations are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Please double-check spelling, dates, and personalization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, work may already have begun on your order and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
